Breaking up with Substack

Because things are the way they are, things will not stay the way they are. Bertolt Brecht

Change is an inevitable part of life, and as we navigate its twists and turns, our priorities often shift. It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closure of the Mind Salon on Substack, a platform that has been a home for a year.

It has been a privilege to connect with readers who got in touch to share their journeys as we embarked on journeys of self-discovery together. However, life sometimes has its own plans, and my journey with the Mind Salon has reached a turning point.

While the decision to close the Mind Salon wasn't easy, it opens the door to other exciting adventures.

In my therapy practice, plus in my own health management, I have used playbooks and the like with my clients; for stress management, self-reflection or to spark joy. It is time now to share these offerings with the rest of the world.

Tucked away in my tower on the hill (office) I have been creating colouring books, self-help journals to promote health, well-being and mindfulness. I have also been recording self-hypnosis/meditations, Reiki music and continuing with personalised meditations.
