Bespoke Hypnotic Meditation

However, how do you do it?

For 34 years, I have been doing this work. I know the difference between a mind that is busy and a mind that is exhausted by its own noise. Clients often say to me, "I have not got any time. My thoughts are always too busy. My head is full of rubbish. My inner voice will not shut up. Ever."

I understand. And I know exactly what to do with that.

By making use of your innate abilities with the bespoke recording, you can experience the delicious state of being that hypnotic meditation brings about.

You have already experienced trances in everyday life. Think of times you have been doing something repetitive, during a journey or even in a situation with someone who was a bit boring. You zone out, drift off and your focus is elsewhere. It is the same when you are absorbed in a book or film or listening to music.

No one really knows how someone else feels when they are in hypnosis or meditation. In a similar way, one person's terror can be another's thrill: bungee jumping, scuba diving or spider handling, for example. The experience of trance or a meditative state is therefore personal to you. There is no right or wrong.

Using your questionnaire responses to guide me, I will create your bespoke recording. As I work with my intuition, I cannot specify a definitive length, but it is usually about 25 to 30 minutes in duration, professionally produced, with optional music.

Frequent listening to your hypnotic meditation will gently encourage stillness. Most people notice a lovely shift within the first week.

It is not therapy. Because the recording is tailor-made for you, if you are navigating difficulties in your life I can include techniques to help you move through them.

There are similarities. Hypnosis is more focused than meditation and enables you to interact with your subconscious. The aim is to calm your nervous system and be fully present. Using a combination covers all bases.
