Introduction
Who is Barbara Ford-Hammond?
I am a hypnotherapist and meditation teacher with over 34 years of professional experience. I have helped people across a wide range of challenges, from sleep and pain management to confidence, habit change and emotional wellbeing.
All of my audio programmes, Mind Loops and guided meditations are created from my experience and hands-on knowledge.
The Products
How do I access my purchase?
All products are digital downloads. After payment the page will refresh with your order instantly available plus you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Audio tracks are MP3 files and will play on any phone, tablet or computer. PDF documents can be printed or read on screen.
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment is needed. For the best experience with audio tracks, headphones are not necessary (personal preference) but they are recommended for binaural wave technology that requires a different sound in each ear.
How often should I listen?
Every product works at its own pace and there is no strict rule. For hypnotic meditations, regular listening especially in the first few weeks tends to produce the best results. For Mind Loops, even a single session immediately before a challenging moment can make a noticeable difference. Listen to what feels right.
Are the products suitable for everyone?
The audio products are designed for general wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or mental health professional, please check with them before using hypnotic or deep relaxation audios. The products are not suitable for use while driving or operating machinery.

Are these products a substitute for professional help?
No. My products are tools for personal development and general wellbeing. They are not clinical interventions and should not be used in place of professional medical or mental health support.

Yes. I work with a few of clients for single session hypnotherapy or in-depth hypno-coaching work.
Engagements of this kind draw on the full breadth of my 34-plus years of experience as a Conusultant Hypnotherapist and trainer. They are not a budget option and availability is genuinely limited.
