There's More
Many moons ago I was injured in a workplace accident. Over the years I muddled along until about 10 years ago when a surgeon pushed a surgical screw into my l5 nerve root. This left with with a variety of nonsense (footdrop, neuropathy, pain 🎻) and I am now an ambulatory wheelchair user.Â
Over the years my hypnotherapy practice expanded to include specialising in pain management, bespoke recordings and voiceovers.
The fancy term for doing/being many things is, ‘Multihyphenate’, ‘Multipotentialite’ or ‘Multipassionate’.Â
Nowadays, complementary/holistic therapy is often referred to as Integrated Therapy/Healthcare.Â
Being comfortable working in the left-brain logical, medically inclined camp and the right-brain creative, esoteric field means I am equally happy discussing neuroplasticity with a doctor as talking about soul retrieval with a shaman. Â
We make our own magic but sometimes lose our way or fall under spells that do not work in our favour. It is not my job or desire to fix, repair, change or impose but to guide you towards your life of bliss and success.Â
After becoming disabled, I faced life’s challenges head-on (eventually, after sulking, flouncing and doing the self-able-ism work), using my experiences to deepen my understanding of healing and well-being.
I use my knowledge to create products and lessons that support others in managing stress, pain reduction and life-balance. Whether through guided meditations, Reiki-infused music or Mind Loops, my mission is to make well-being accessible to everyone. My approach combines practical techniques with a holistic perspective, ensuring every resource nurtures the mind, body and spirit.
I am available for talks on hypnosis, pain management, stress management, meditation, creating your best life, writing to publish and as a therapy plus all related subjects.
My way of working is experiential rather than passive lecturing – although I can talk the hind legs off a donkey – well, I would if I knew what that meant.Â
We can chat about accessibility before-hand. Travelling and accommodation costs will include a plus one.Â
Please get in touch if you have questions, suggestions or ideas.
